Enhance your game with the racket Tecnifibre T-Fight 285, combining power, control, and maneuverability for modern competitors.
The adult tennis racket T-FIGHT 285 has been designed to provide the perfect balance between power and control. In the T-FIGHT range, it offers the best compromise of maneuverability and power for competitors and regular players. With a weight of 285g, light yet powerful, combined with a head size of 645cm² and a string pattern of 16x19 to maximise power and spin.
The T-FIGHT 285 racket improves to adapt to modern play. It is designed with a unique frame ergonomics "RS Section", fusing traditional "square" and "round" sections for the ideal compromise between power and control. The frame gains maneuverability with a weight distribution more towards the centre to release the acceleration of the racket’s head. It is also equipped with Isoflex technology, an adaptive stiffness around the head for a larger sweetspot and increased tolerance and stability at impact.
The T-FIGHT range is used on Tour by top players Daniil Medvedev and Iga Swiatek, as well as the majority of the Team Tecnifibre like Tallon Griekspoor. Many players with very varied playing styles use T-FIGHT and prove the versatility of the product.
The brand Tecnifibre aims to unlock the potential of every player by offering products that combine high performance and a unique elegance, all developed through the TECNILAB laboratory with the philosophy: Identify, Quantify, Solve.
Tennis on Tour and in clubs is getting faster and faster. The average speed of first serve balls on Tour has increased from 168 km/h in the early 2000s to 190 km/h in 2020, and the number of aces has also significantly risen. To cope with this evolution, professional players’ rackets have also evolved during the same period.
We measured these changes by analysing the rackets of active pro players, generation by generation. And the results are very significant. Firstly, the weight of rackets is generally lower: Next Gen players use frames that are, on average, 18g lighter than older players. Also, the swingweights are getting lower with a difference of 20 points between these two generations.
In summary, the game is shifting towards more manoeuvrable rackets because players have less time to react and need to accelerate their racket more quickly to generate power. That’s why swing speed is key in modern tennis!
For this reason, we designed the new T-Fight with a crucial challenge, to create a more maneuverable racket while maintaining its unique signature, the perfect balance between power and control. On one hand, the weight has been redistributed to reduce the swingweight and facilitate the acceleration of the racket's head. On the other hand, the frame's ergonomics with the RS section has been reinforced to increase the level of power.
After this in-depth work on the racket, the new T-FIGHT 285 is more powerful and maneuverable than ever, becoming the ultimate racket for the modern tennis player.
