Calculate the right height

Want to know how high a punching bag should hang? It should be ten centimetres above your head. Add ten centimetres to the height of the tallest person using the bag. You now know how long you need to adjust the chain on the boxing bag, so you can attach it to the ceiling. It's best to attach the ceiling mount to a stone or concrete ceiling. Choose the right fasteners for each surface. Bolts, screws and dowels are not included.
