The Elevation Ladder combines two of SKLZ's best-selling training aids, the rapide ladder and speed hurdles, into one convenient product. Now you can use the ladder flat or elevated for a variety of agility and speed exercises. Improve your speed by accelerating the frequency of foot strikes and deadlifts to improve your maneuverability on the field or court.

It is designed to be set up once, then folded after each use to be stored and carried in the accompanying carry bag. If the user chooses to remove the bars after the initial set up, damage to the product may occur. If the user needs to disassemble the ladder, they should be careful to keep the rungs on both sides of the ladder apart to prevent them from breaking.
