Competition Tennis Ring DTB

The sport of Ring Tennis is organised within the German Gymnastics Federation. The game is played one-on-one or in doubles on a court similar to that of badminton. The aim of the game is to throw the ring over the net into the opponent's territory in such a way that they cannot catch it and return it. Ring Tennis can also be played in school sports with simple rules. The three most important basic rules are: - Do not hit the ring from top to bottom. - Do not pause the movement during the throw to deceive the opponent. - Touching the net is not allowed.
