This multifunctional exercise bar can be quickly installed in a doorway, but can also be used at sol for a variety of targeted training exercises. Elle is highly versatile, easy to use and lightweight for easy transportation. The bar comes with installation instructions and a basic exercise guide for tous user levels.
Constructed from strong, durable steel, elle can support a maximum weight of 100 kg. Ergonomically designed handles with hard-wearing foam make them comfortable and safe to use.
Compatible with a door frame thickness of 15 to 20 cm and a width of 45 to 80 cm.
Can be used as stand-alone equipment for push-ups and dips simply by placing on sol.
