Description
The work is part of a competence-based approach by proposing three complex situations in the activity of badminton allowing to mark out the training course of the pupils in EPS. By analyzing the activity of the game at the highest level of practice, the authors' goal is to develop in the students, through the proposed situations, an activity structurally similar to that mobilized by high-level players. In this approach, the authors endeavor to draw points of convergence between the practices of the EPS and the federal practices. "Jean-Christophe Weckerle and Éric Silvestri's book is the meeting point of two expertises: on the one hand, it is a fine understanding of the pedagogy of skills, and on the other hand, an in-depth knowledge of a sporting activity, badminton.
