Slam has become an important part of the padel shoe market thanks to the recognition of its quality-price ratio, the application of the latest technologies in sports shoes and the prescription of professional players such as Juani Mieres, Javi Ruiz, Uri Botello, Teresa Navarro, Zazu Osoro and Javi Rico, among others. It is a specific shoe for this sport that is characterized by its cushioning, stability and high resistance to wear. Its excellent cushioning comes from the use of the REACTIVEBALL system in the midsole. This is a material that expands easily, giving it a huge capacity to absorb the impact of the foot strike and, at the same time, it quickly regains its shape, which favors the start. In addition, the midsole is composed of another phylon base of superior density that ensures stability. The upper is very breathable thanks to its mesh construction. This quality is highly valued in sports that are played on very abrasive terrain. To protect this area of the foot, the INYECTION PRINT system is applied, an injected rubber that keeps the foot comfortable. On the inside of the foot, where wear and tear is greater due to lateral movements during play, a larger piece of rubber is included to protect the foot. EXO COUNTER is the stability system created by a higher stiffness external counter that holds the heel, adapting the shoe to the shape of the foot. This makes the stride stable on lateral dragging movements and firm on the heel entry. Stability is enhanced by the use of the STABILIS system, an injection molded part that runs from the bridge to the metatarsal and stabilizes the transition of the foot strike. Thanks to this part, the shoe maintains its shape throughout the game, does not flex and avoids incorrect twisting. The outsole is made of high-density rubber DURABILITY system that resists court wear. Its herringbone tread pattern provides traction on the playing surface. This highly durable material also protects the toe cap.
